Congratulations on the house purchase! I guess you get a lot more for your money than we do in the UK - feeling a bit jealous here!. My only decorating advice would be - watch out for white-painted walls, because they mark most easily / obviously. Also it sounds like you may need some good sound insulation for your podcast room. Have fun furnishing the house anyway - there's nothing that better says "this is home" than making it look and feel just how you like it. Well done on taking the next life step.

If you have Basement get dehumidifier and put security camera back yard and driveway must have. If you paint bathrooms you should used oils base and ceiling put 2 coat paint the bathroom

I think it's lovely how they can live together. It's amazing to have a sister who you can share your life with. My sister and I lived together while I was in grad school and our respective boyfriends lived with us too. She and her husband moved out when they got married. That was nearly 20 years ago! We both now have two kids (older two are 1 week apart, younger are 4 months apart). Her family of 4 have lived with mine a few times while they were building houses and we all travelled together for four months a few years ago and will do so again in a couple of weeks. Sisters rock!! And Megan and Ciera are so lucky to have each other. So happy for you both and can't wait to see your decorating and painting. You go girls ❤️
