It’s a TV show. Everyone on it is dating multiple people, no one is loyal to one person yet. She found someone she liked potentially & kissed them. It’s HER love life at the end of the day, & these 2 are so patronising towards her, the way she was crying & getting worked up was not crocodile tears or glamorous at all, she seemed to be having an anxiety attack.
