When she started as a tour manager working for her dad, the industry was way more cut throat than now, and for a woman it was even harder, she had to be really tough and borderline crazy to be taken seriously. Further along the line she helped the whole genre of metal music by creating events for metal bands to play when that type of music was going out of style and disappearing because nobody was booking metal bands. Therefore, Ozzfest. Metalheads appreciate. Then theres all the behind the scenes stuff that managers mostly do, so she does all that, you just dont see it because youre not supposed to see it. Megan definitely intimidated a lot of the other girls, especially on Charm School. She was among the prettiest, she was most likely the smartest, and she almost always had a calm demeanor which got under the other girls' skin. And with that, she was not afraid of confrontation i.e. Pumkin and Toastee.
