she has such a unique and beautiful voice , she should write her own songs and have them jazzy and make people cry. she would never survive in these contests she is too unique. she should have come out with her own thing, i guess she didnt have opportunities. if only this girl calm downed for a bit and sang bye bye black bird , she would have made everyone cry

I'll say, this wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the right song for her to sing. She definitely has a good singing voice, but it's the kind of voice you need the absolute right song to get it to work well. And honestly, I'm not sure what MJ song would've worked for her. So I guess she was kinda going for comedy with this performance (as hinted by her cawing at the end). So in that way, it was pretty goofy, but not the kind of performance you'd want on something like Idol.

I agree with the judges, I didn't like it. It sounded like she wasn't putting all of her effort into it, like she wasn't doing her best. You want to win, you've got to give it your all! It was like she was singing karaoke while drunk at a bar. This performance, to me, seemed very unprofessional. And yet, I still voted for her.
