I think because of what these people are hating on her for, it can be very triggering for women who see these comments online... or anyone really. I do think all the hating and stan war nonsense hurts her sales a little, although i think outside of certain online spaces the majority of people support her. On the other end, it has clearly made her more attractive to advertisers. I don't user twitter but I heard people were complaining about her true religion ad campaign for a few days, which is just extra viral marketing for the company, same with people getting upset over an amazon prime documentary right before the holiday season.... Meg’s documentary wasn’t about sleeping with Tory Lanez though. There were so many highlights of the documentary including how Megan wasn’t allowed to grieve her father’s death and how Megan didn’t really get an opportunity to grieve her mother’s death either. These are things that are so common in the black community especially regarding black women were black women aren’t taught to show emotions, be tough all the time and not feel anything. We needed to spend time on that part of the documentary. Not her sleeping with Tory. But it does to show what we think about black women especially in this blacKKK community.
