Thanks for deciding to continue to do KZbin; and especially thanks for all the great content. I know you were saying you were questioning the fact of whether your videos help anyone and just wanted to say that they totally do. Your perseverance and bubbly attitude is extremely inspiring and I find your videos to be quite motivating and entertaining to boot. Your one arm tutorials quite frankly are a complete lifesaver to say the least. It maybe kinda selfish of me but I hope you keep making your one armed tutorials even if your recovered and past it as they really help me, and I’m sure the healing of others as well. Thanks to you, I can now successfully button my jeans on my own and I am so truly grateful for that! Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help from your amazing videos. I really hope you continue to make many more videos to come( specifically your one armed tutorials if I’m being honest .)❤️ And I also wanted to say I wish you the best on your mental health journey and hope that you make a speedy recovery and heal well soon. Injuries are a hard road to travel, especially when you haven't got family and friends around. I hope you fully recover without flair ups. I did my ITB in 2016, which had to be surgically repaired. That was a long road back and two years on, it still gives me pain. My Orthopaedic doesn't want to go back in, unless is starts failing major like the first time. I couldn't sit on any chairs and even standing was painful until surgery. You know better than most people, the fight back from surgery is a long road. Don't sweat it, take time out to find yourself and the answers will come automatically, as to where you want to move on to. Love you gorgeous dog. Don't let the creeps get to you. You will know better from now on. Ignore them. Stay safe.

Glad you are back! I can relate to the injuries and sickness during training. I used to run cross country and track and I remember having injuries and getting sick during the most important time of the season. It was disappointing then, but looking back now it doesn't bother me anymore. I think you have a bright future with your channel here as well as the other opportunities like the book and documentary.
