The first thought I had when I saw you wanted to use the napkin holder for your coloring books was to use a printed floral paper napkin and mod podge the printed layer onto the wood! Easy craft to make it cozy! But of course you could always just paint some sweet florals onto it!

I am definitely Team Try Things On. I hate when things look cute on the hanger but doesn’t work for my body. For me, I would love the mismatched dishes if they were well coordinated. Like matching unmatched dishes… does that make sense.

Random comment, but you mentioned on the skinny little wood thing having no where to hook or hang?….. when we use to live in apartments and townhomes my husband got tired of patching holes from nails soOo for 12 + years now we’ve been using nothing but command strips. The ones that hold up to 20 lbs or so we use more than however many strips in each corner for our much heavier canvas wood decor pieces. But has been awesome bc it’s clean lines, no nailing the wall & easier to create the collage walls. Just thought to mention in case that was something that could help when picking other pieces or just hanging stuff in general. Lol

It's so wierd how u are doing everything cosy and its 35°C here in Australia lol Your stores are so similar to here just with a different name, the first one we call Savers, set up, shelving price tags and all. Your house suits the miss match dinner set! I love op shopping as we call it 🥰 try it on, why take it home if it doesn't fit or suit on.
