Liz! I loved the vlog :) If you're getting into vlogging a bit more I would love to see you or Megan (or both) do "What I spent in a Week in Nashville/Memphis" or even more behind the scenes/full process of brand deals, acting, and things like that!

I don’t normally watch long vlogs, but for some reason I wanted to watch yours. I’m so glad you didn’t get the plastic surgery. I think you look beautiful as you are. I have horrible puffy under eye bags too which I’m insecure about, but I’m learning to not hate them as much. I love your red hair too. I’m glad you’re so honest with us and I can’t wait for more!

Love your new hair color! ☺️ I understand why people get plastic surgery, but i think you should try to embrace yourself, little things that makes you different or unique. You’re beautiful just as you are.❤️

You are so gorgeous Liz. I’m so proud of you for really pursuing your acting dreams - I believe in you! I’m so excited for these weekly vlogs! My only suggestion would be to maybe put the day/date! So like when it’s the next day you can put Tuesday and etc ☺️

So excited that you’re vlogging again! On the topic of acting and insecurities-I totally understand your worry at entering the industry with “the perfect look”. I don’t act professionally because of how the industry is so toxic about looks, but I do community theatre. I often feel self conscious heading into an audition, but I try to remind myself that there’s no reason why the character can’t have the traits I’m insecure about, like acne scars or a big forehead. Actors are supposed to bring characters to life, what better way to do that than to look like a “real” person? Also I’ve realized that as an actor it’s more important to maintain genuineness of expression than to achieve the “perfect” standard of beauty; to have a face and body that is real and relatable instead of an unattainable perfect standard. I love how actors like Kate Winslet and Viola Davis are making it more common to act without makeup or to show their bodies in what used to be considered “unflattering” ways, and proving they are still beautiful and strong. Finally, I’ve been learning a lot from antiracism educators and have learned a LOT of my insecurities are born out of white supremacist and misogynistic ideals. Actors who identify as men often don’t have to worry about wrinkles or undereye circles, so I try not to play into those false ideals anymore. I recommend finding a course or book about this topic (maybe specifically relating to body image if that’s not too triggering) and seeing if that helps you as you continue to grow as an actor and performer.

So I’ve always thought about this but have never known how to explain it - I think that larger sunken in under eyes actually look pretty…? Like, statuesque almost…? I don’t know! But I really hope that you’re able to see the beauty in yourself, including the unique parts of you. If everyone really had the celebrity societal standard Instagram face, then we’d all look the same with no quirks or individual beauty. Not to shame plastic surgery, just like… maybe thinking about the reasons why we get it done…? I just think you’re so stunning as you are 💞

I’m OBSESSED with the red hair on you!! How long does it take for your roots to start showing with the red hair? I have an appointment to dye my hair for the first time in a couple weeks and I was thinking about going auburn but I’m nervous about my roots growing out quickly and having to dye it often!

Thanks for taking us with you on your week! I know it can be hard to discuss insecurities, but I appreciate your vulnerability. Helps remind me that we all have our moments and things we would like to fix but we don't have to let them hold us back from what we want to be doing! I agree with some of the other comments that it'd be cool if you added the day of the week on the first clip from that day :)

I don't understand why you can't talk/record in your house just because Weston is on a call?! How many rooms do you have in your home? Surely you can both close the door and just get on with what you're doing?! Not being able to talk because he's on calls all day sounds pretty odd to me. Like, having to be a quiet little wife all day long and not make any noise sounds pretty wrong to me. That's your home too, isn't it?! Why doesn't Weston have an office if his phone calls are so important. Not being able to just do your own thing in your own home is very wrong 🤷♀️
@jannekemoazizi75752 жыл бұрын
If my husband's on a call even with door closed I can still hear him. Not everyone has the luxury of a home office and being respectful about your spouse's work doesn't equal to being a "quiet little wife"
@RachelDex2 жыл бұрын
@@jannekemoazizi7575 If i worked from home, i wouldn't expect my partner to tip toe around all day because of me. Respect goes both ways. That's her home too , where's her respect?? 🤔

Why are you assuming things and being a crazy feminist. No one wants someone talking in the background when they're on a call. You don't know their life, his office might be close to their room. Also, she literally talks the whole time she does her make up.
