Love the video! Re utis/ kidney infections I suffer from something very similar by the sound of it. As hard as it sounds cutting down coffee/tea caffeine in general as well as acidic things such as orange juice really helps me. Interstitial cystitis is something to look into if you get utis often I know how grim it can be getting them all the time x
