Sometimes I say my superpower as a mental health therapist is reframing sh*t. I think it’s ok to say next year will be a great year. For all the bad in the world this year, look how many wonderful things happened for you - you went to university, you did great in all your classes, you found an awesome apartment & decorated it, you kept all of our spirits up with your videos, and that’s just off the top of my head. My heart is broken that Francesco cant come but Im happy you guys are being safe honestly...I had tickets for me and my two daughters to fly to my moms in Florida ( we live in Arizona) but we had to cancel just because its too risky right now. This helped me so much. I’m in America, and I also spent Christmas away from family for the first time (although I’m blessed to have been able to be with my boyfriend, since we are in a bubble). Still, it’s been really hard and the choice was not easy. I keep feeling okay about it, then having feelings of regret. It had felt like everyone I know ignored the guidelines and felt like I was missing out, but deep down I know I made the right choice in helping protect my family. It really helped being able to see you doing this, and I’m really sorry Francesco couldn’t make it. You’ll make it through! Merry Christmas ❤️
