Im a trained Pilates instructor in Canada and I love this video! What a lovely place to start for building proprioception after having a baby. It’s amazing how even if you were in great shape all through your pregnancy, it feels like you’re living in someone else’s body after you birth. Wonderful cues and lovely choice of exercises!

Megan I have loved your prenatal pilates so much during my pregnancy... I'm now 8 months pregnant. Will these exercises help with delivery? Also do you do any cardio along with pilates?
@MegansPilates7 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks so much! And congratulations :) Studies have shown that those who exercise through pregnancy do have less complications at delivery. I incorporate high intensity low impact exercises into my workouts for cardio - some videos coming soon:)

Hey sorry this is late. Definitely help with DRAM but you want to get a good assessment first to check they’re the best exercises for you x
