Hi Megan, thank you so much for your videos! They've been so helpful during my pregnancy and now postnatally. I was just wondering when it's OK to start running and doing other high impact exercise again? Once you've reach Stage Two of these videos is that a sign you're ready or should you wait a bit longer?

Dear Megan, I have very much enjoyed your ante- and post natal pilates exercises. Could you please let me know if there are any pilates exercises which are available online or can be purchsed and you would recommend? Or do you think it is sufficient to keep doing your series even months after delivery to stay fit and to strengthen the abs? Many thanks!
