This video is way way better than any official documentation. You explained the pairing process and the meaning of the various LEDs in very simple words that everybody can understand. Compare that with the JBL manual, where they either don't explain this at all or just show some confusing diagrams and icons.

Hi, when you wear the earphones, does the LED light on the earphones continue to flash or does the light turn off? Also are the headphones water or splash proof?

@@kb8570 during use, the blue led shuts off. If it is flashing that means it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

This model does not have an option to adjust the volume on them. It needs to be done on the smartphone.

I'm using it for a year now, never had any problems, but a for week now, the volume is very low, when using with iphone SE. No problems with other phones, or PC. The Iphone works well with other earbuds as well, and iphone volume limit is turned off. Any idea what might be the cause?

sometimes you can change through ur settings (i have samsung a22 5g and can do it), so you can change if u want it different for ear bud

Try to factory reset. Tap twice then hold for 5s. After that recon your device. Tap once then hold to make it available for recon. Hope it will help.
