MegaSquirt ShadowDash and MSDroid Quick Preview

how was using MS Droid? started using today and it kept freezing and disconnecting , dont know if my tablet is just too old and crappy or if it is the app itself, wondering if i should try shadow dash instead

I haven't used msdroid in years. It was cool to do slight tuning but thats it. For gauges, I use shadow dash on my android head unit.

supakat500 thanks, I went and gave shadow a try via usb connector. wouldn’t connect, got it to connect one time but then it stopped. will have to keep messing with it I suppose.

@@cod4scoper sounds like it should work. Try connecting with key on engine not running. If stays connected and disconnects once car running, then ignition interference.

MSPNP is good an be had cheaper than ms3. DIY is good if you feel comfortable putting a board together.

@@supakat500 Ey , i have a question,the ECU wireless adapter is directly connect to the "harness" of the ECU?? , or you need a converter? i´m asking you because terminal harness looks more width than the ECU adapter

@@StSour94 The adapter connects to the serial port on the ecu via serial cable. You can connect director to the ecu. Go to diyautotune.com and see the image of the ecu and serial port connector.
