lost my mom to ALS in 1996. She was 63 and i felt we lost her far far too early. And here Meghan is 38 with young kids. Damn this disease. Meghan's courage is amazing and clearly she still has joy and is living her best life with the support of wonderful people. We've come a long ways since 1996 in terms of support for people like Meghan and her family. I hope a cure is found in time to make it matter for her.
