I think after Meghan's appearance at the last Invictus Games, and the complaints received from the veterans/families, she has been banned, rather than her not attending the next Invictus Games being her decision. Meghan's cookery show preview, showed how to put bread into a toaster, and 'cook toast'! Something I'm sure for the few, could find informative!!

She's going to expect a deal similar to Diana, which she won't get. She's not likely to get something along the lines of Fergie. She forgets Diana provided the heir and Spare and worked hard for sixteen years, she respected and valued the monarchy and at the time of the divorce, she would still have kept some patronages, Co-parented the boys, she kept the huge apartment at Kensington Palace and got a significant sum. She would have had full security too had she not got rid of it. She was the ex of a future king and the mother of a future king. Meghan is none of those but expects to get similar. Her divorce will be between her and Harry. He's in exile so there won't be any Palace help. She only has use of the title because her husband holds it, so I don't think she'll be able to use it. If he put the Sussex title into abeyance, he'd no longer hold it and couldn't use it. If they were divorced, she couldn't use Princess Henry either. Sorry for the length, but it's a new scenario as they are now in exile from the family. I guess time will tell. If I were her, I would change my branding to 'Domestic Duchess' and try and launch my cookery show etc on the back of that, even if she lost the title, if it worked, she'd still be known as that. I can't see it happening. As long as they leave the royal family alone, I don't care what the pair of deadbeats do.... but someone should do a welfare check on those 'kids'.

If she worked with an agency, they would have provided a vetted list of names that could be used and that there wasn’t any potential conflict. All they had to do was go back to that list and run a brand name search and then resubmit the application. Usually there is a legal team you work with to push the application through. My opinion, she dug her heels in and refused to use any other name than ARO because of her faux calligraphy logo of which she is so enamored.
