I have noticed this is a pattern by female narcissists. My greatgrandmother left her 6 children at a orphanage to run off with a man that did not want children. Her husband was dead. He got shot for stealing a pig. No one adopted the kids. Years went by. The oldest girl got married and took care of the others.20 years later she came back into the lives of her children. She was still with that man. They accepted her. My grandmother who was the baby of the family(who became a narcissist) let her get away with the most. She let her babysit my dad. My dad had a lot of issues. I think my greatgrandmother and her boyfriend abused him. I personally would never trust anyone that dumped me and came back years later.

I love cooking shows, but the ones I watch, they just wear ordinary clothes, usually the hair is back in a ponytail and they make food the ordinary person would make...who is going to watch something and waste their time because it's not what you would make!?!!

Five years ago, before she completely trashed her reputation, she could have created something successful with the kindergarden recipies, if she aimed the whole thing at children: "With love, Meghan - cooking for kids" She could have made an adult cooking show as well: just invite chefs from the many countries, she visited and cook their traditional cuisine: 60 min, no frills, just being curious and let the chef do the talking: lets say Canada, South Africa, Morocco, Fiji, Australia and England for a 120 min christmas special for season one. Include Henry in season two for more countries: Botswana, Afghanistan, Switzerland, Malta, ... and use the so-called tours for the third: Jamaica, Columbia, Nigeria, Japan, ... and of course another christmas special from the UK ... But she chose Oprah and the "documentary" instead ...

It reminds me of the 70’s when Home Economics would help teach boys and girls how to cook! However, to keep young people interested they taught us to do cutesy things like the tomato ladybug, organic flowers in the ice cubes and other cutesy plating skills! Don’t get me wrong, it’s that these things have been taught a good while ago! Did she think we’d forget about it and believe she had an epiphany????

They come with everything needed for the project, so you don't have to buy everything separately. They can be very simple and some more complex, but perfect for a beginner. I just watched the Martha Stewart documentary and couldn’t help but theorize about Netflix releasing it just a couple months before Meghan’s show and how it keeps repeating the message that Martha created and still reigns over lifestyle media and that she succeeds due to authenticity. Big emphasis on authenticity. It almost feels like a thinly-veiled middle finger to the crappy Meghan show they knew was coming but are contractually obligated to release.

I do believe Netflix is trolling this dimwitted duo to some degree. They give her rope and the more appalling she is, the more attention the show receives. Markle is too arrogant and lacking in self awareness to be able to rein herself in and the audience are given a double layered entertainment circus. Cruel but amusing.

I honestly think Megan has no sense of who "she" is Everything she does is so contrived. Everything seems performative. Her insane jealousy is more than obvious. Look at all the things Meghan does to try to take attention away from the Royal Family. Especially Princess Catherine. Also, she is always stealing stories & anecdotes. I can't tell you how many times I've read something she has said and halfway through, before she is even finished telling the story, i think, "wait a minute, that's what____ said". She really is just empty, and devoid of any original thought.

Pioneer Women on Food Network was selling dishes and household items at Wal-Mart while her show aired, and she used this stuff on her set, but she never openly said it was 'for sell.' So usually, these shows get successful BEFORE they sell household items under the show name. THE SHOW GETS SUCCESSFUL BEFORE THESE RETAIL CONTRACTS COME TO FRUITION.

I also can't see who her intended audience is. She is clearly super-rich but appears to want to appeal to regular people. I think most regular people, of which I am one, will find it hard to relate to her. Could you do a show explaining how Harry was ever considered "the Spare?" When QEII was alive, Charles was the heir and William was the spare - right? When Harry was born, wasn't he considered a spare but not the spare? Is Prince George now considered, "the spare" with Charlotte and Louis considered additional spares? Is it safe to see Harry as just another name in the line of succession? It's a tad confusing, especially because Harry seems bound and determined to confuse us all the more with his sense of entitlement and envy.

@VS-rb8uz When QE11 was alive and When Charles was Prince of Wales, Andrew was the Spare. As soon as William was born he became the heir. William was not the Spare. Harry was the Spare to William. George became the heir ( to William)the minute he was born. George is an Heir, just like William. Charlotte is The new Spare. She knocked Harry down to 5th place. Although, I am sure no one in the family thinks of her as such. She is also the future Princess Royal. That is probably how they think of her. Actually, for now she is just Charlotte. Louis is after Charlotte. Then there is Harry. He is no longer the Spare. Once William's children start getting married and having kids he will get knocked further down. It's not hard. William's kids are above Harry in the line of Sucession. William was born first and he is the Heir to the throne. George is his first born and heir to the throne.

Harry’s low self esteem had more to do with jealousy, doing poorly in school (bottom of his class), his lack of a continuing education, no apprenticeship, no trade credentials, the palace carving out a good with children persona for him (to match his man-child demeanour), etc. In the military, after several attempts he still couldn’t pass his helicopter pilot’s test to elevate his rank … even Fergie got her helicopter pilot’s license! His Jubilee medals under the late Queen are essentially participation or service to the monarch medals. Without doubt he got special consideration getting into The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) despite not having a university degree. He was also kept out of harms way in Afghanistan, was never sent to the front line and was given personal security personnel protecting him 24/7. How he’s been invited to sit on various paid board positions when he lacks a complete education and has never held a full time job has more to do with his ‘Royal’ name & title recognition than his merits, abilities or prowess. Bring appointed for all the wrong reasons has given Harry an incredibly swelled head especially since many deem him unqualified and rather obtuse.
