Once a Queen is crowned she should just be referred to as Queen like other Queens of later years that we know of. Queen Alexandra was the Consort of King Edward V11 but known as Queen. Queen Mary was the Consort of King George V but just known as Queen. Queen Elizabeth wife and Consort of King George VI was known as Queen until the death of her husband and Princess Elizabeth came to the throne.
