This was a big one recently: Don't live each day as of it's your last. Live each day as if it is your FIRST. That just really resonated with me. I have anxiety and often find myself working from a place of fear. This lesson helped me to shift and come from a place of ... wonder. Good stuff.

One of the best lessons I’ve been learning lately, is that you have to take responsibility for your life, because no one is going to do it for you. Sometimes the only person who can give you the kick up the butt you need is yourself :)

A good lesson I have learned is that "theris always something better coming", because in many times I have felt so upset about losing something (a friend, a job, etc), but you need to know that there is a superior reson why that is not in your life anymore. Just trust 💫

Happy Birthday Meghan x You can't control others; how they behave, what they say or do. You can only control your own choices in life. Once you stop getting upset at the behaviour of others and focus on yourself things get so much easier. That's probably my biggest life lesson in 56 years on this planet.

This may sound cynical, but I've learned that everyone can be relied upon to act on whatever they feel is in their best interest from their level of understanding and authenticity. It makes my and others' actions way more understandable.

Really appreciated this video, Meghan, thank you for making it! I think something I've learned/realised is you cannot please everyone and not everyone will like you - but that it's Ok and you have to be you and your genuine self. Your channel has brought me much comfort, especially during this difficult period of Covid. Much love! X

Hey Meghan! I guess one of the best lessons I've learned is simply accept our emotions as they are in the present moment. We often push emotions away or try to deny them, when the key is actually accept them. So, for example, when I'm sad I just accept the fact that I'm sad. And that's fine, because I know is temporary. It's something that definitely needs practice, but once you've done the work, it's honestly life changing. Thank you for inspire us!

I'm turning 30 in a couple of months and I hate it but I accept it...your excitement makes me feel better about it too. An important lesson I learned is no one really cares that much what u do. Like if u embarrass yourself they might not even notice. And if they do they will forget it pretty fast. Alot of these things we have been told but must be learned with experience...

If you can't do anything about it, don't worry about it. I read about this in a magazine and it just stuck with me. I'm still learning to live bij this, but I'm not as impatient anymore when I'm behind a slow driving vehicle and I can't overtake it, I just stay behind it and try to enjoy the view around me as long at it is safe.

Two lessons I have learned in life is : Do not continue to help people whom do no want to be helped . Let them go. Their failure can either teach them or detour them . But it is not your job to fix their issues especially when they fail to listen to well rounded advice . Also, do not expect much out of people . Understand the difference between the potential you see in someone versus they reality they present .

Everything I thought I needed to have in order make me happy actually made me miserable and when those people and things went away or when I let them go, I found the freedom and happiness I was searching for all along. Joy comes from within and living life to the fullest no matter what! Environment has much to do with it as well. I found a spot in the Universe that I absolutely thrive in. One day I was sad because I was an empty nester and left my husband. My sister told me, “oh, you’ll get over that real quick once you get the taste of freedom. You’re kids don’t have to live with you for you to be ok and happy,” She was so right! That is my mantra now for everything that seems like a loss or that I think I need to have in order to be happy. “Oh, I’ll get over that real quick!”

@@ms1295 Cincinnati, Ohio. It has it’s negatives, but the positives far outweigh them. The people are just so inclusive and fun. There is a spice of life here that is like no other place I’ve been. It is rich in diversity, which is what I love so much about it. It is a melting pot of different cultures. I just love it! No, it’s not fancy, it just home. I’ve had fancy, but fancy is such a chore. I’m more into use value of items. With people, I’m all about finding ways to enrich the lives of those around me. The setting I’m in is just perfect for my needs and in ways that I can give. It is a place that I want to contribute to, not because I have to, but because it just brings it out in me. Also, the Reds games are for gathering and cheering on our team no matter what. And no matter where you’re from, you’re always invited to gather with us. Always home in Cincinnati.
