1. I always feel better when I drink enough water daily. I don't get headaches, I don't feel so tired and sluggish. 2. I like a little bit of meat, and I do better when I incorporate more vegetables in my meals. 3. I use a humidifier and diffuser at bedtime. 4. Exercise is something I really need to make a priority. I hardly ever do it. 5. Skin care is something I do daily, but I use minimal organic products. 6. Mental health I use yoga and meditation. 7. I spend most of my time with my husband, and my family. Thank you for sharing and those tips. I'm also going to take a look at your other videos and products you use.

Enjoyed this video. You calm me and I dont feel anxious or burdened by your tips and suggestions. I found myself yesterday unbelievably anxious and stressed out from watching clean with me videos, de-cluttering and organizing videos. Even the what's for dinner ones and nutrition ones. You are kind, and you arent trying to sell products that make claims and need to have a doctors guidance. Thank you for your kindness. I ordered the book you said you liked. I am looking forward to reading it. I started my health journey 3 years ago but I enjoy constantly learning and by trial and error. We have to do what works for our bodies and personal needs. Blessings to you Meghan! ❤

At 5:30, you mentioned that our bodies love movement. Personally, I've been experiencing some unique preferences lately; my body seems to have its coding quirks and doesn't quite align with the love for movement! 😄 Growing up, I wasn't part of an active family or exposed to a healthy lifestyle beyond swapping soda for water daily. Looking forward to watching more of your videos so i can begin adopting a healthier lifestyle.

One thing I have done for a while to make sure I drink plenty of water, is I leave a large reusable water bottle on my kitchen counter. Whenever I use the restroom throughout the day, I take a few gulps of water when I'm done. It really helps.

LOVE this type of your videos! These are such wonderful pieces of advice. People need this kind of inspiration in their lives, self-care is a priority and, in fact, a necessity! If we are well cared-for, then we can also take care of others and be the best version of ourselves. I am very curious about one other topic - how does living in Toronto influence your lifestyle and how do you make sure to stay healthy whilst living in quite a big city, etc. I am saying that because having lived both in the US and in Europe, I find it much easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle in smaller European countries (and I find that over here governments generally tend to prioritize their citizens' health and wellbeing a bit more) but I am very interested in learning about ways of maintaining your mental and physical well-being and connection to our inner selves in a different environment.

Yay, I am so happy that you showed that you're using a water filter, now I feel better! 😊 It's what I do as well but everyone around me is annoyingly saying it's bad for health, it doesn't have minerals etc... Well anyways these people don't even drink enough water, minerals can be found in food and most of the water in bottles is sweet not mineral!

Nice Job Meghan. I'm not new to this, but I have learned from my 70 years that I've lived, and I think you generally did a really good job here, however, as most know, the devil is in the details. So, may I recommend that you come up with those very important details to help fill in the excellent general blanks that you espoused. For example, highlighting water drinking was good, but you didn't discourage the alternatives (you know what they are), and I think additional carbon filtering of water is also a good idea, where more specifics could improve the quality of your message. I think you are a smart young woman and you will get the gist of what I'm saying, so "you go girl", and kick ass and take names with those details. Keep up the good work that you have done. regards and best wishes, Dan & Sandi

Hi just wondering if you had tips for those with longer work schedules. I wake up anywhere from 5:45 to 6:00 and leave my house by 7. I find my mornings are too rushed to do much but have a quiet coffee and journal to start my day. However, when i get home at night im too drained to do anything. Did you struggle with this at all before you were self employed?

I'm not Meghan, but in terms of food, for me what's been the most helpful is on my days off pre chopping and/or making a big batch of homemade soup or stew or chili so that I can either throw together stuff for the former or warm up for the latter! For physical activity, I stick with youtube videos that are 15 minutes or less and sometimes I'll do it on break at work so I did it but after work I can just relax

@earthmama95974 жыл бұрын
With PCOS I found a plant based diet to be the most effective. Beans & lots of leafy greens, green smoothies, etc...Look on Amazon for PCOS supplements, those are quite helpful as well. Lastly, exercise. That has what has helped me keep my insulin resistance under control & therefore no medication needed.

There are alot of negative people/ family and community that I want to get away from a further distance myself. But there isn't anyone I really connect on in life, even my own sister said we are so different whats left to talk about. You can say I tend to live a very healthy lifestyle, with nutrition, exercise, and mind. Not a whole lot of people like that in my community. So whos left to hang out with?
