Great video. I could never find the Sas-Tec Level 2 in any online stores in the US and ended up buying a set from the UK that cost an arm and a leg. I am happy to see this armor being offered locally in the US for a great price. I hope there will be an option to add velcro backing in these armors in the future as some of my gear requires velcro to secure the armor.

SAS makes a level 2 armor? I have their level 1 in my Pando Moto jeans and love them. Glad I watched your video, I just ordered the level 2 set for my jacket from your Great Lakes site. Thanks Megan, you're the best!

I'm so glad! Yeah it's a newer release (late 2020), so I'm excited to be offering it. Love this stuff, it's so much more comfortable than other armor.

Thanks for another great video. You might be interested in D3O Ghost Armor CE L1 . They have a CE Level 1 that is very similar to the CE level 2 you demo’d. I picked up a set of CE L1 from Motolegends in England a couple of years ago and as you noted they are very low profile and comfortable without sacrificing protection.
@MeghanStark3 жыл бұрын
I did see those while doing my research and looking at different options. They are ultra thin and awesome for level 1 for sure. I just figured I'd go full level 2, but those could be great to offer one day as well.

Wow.... 3+ years you've been around here, if that was 2018!! I remember the start, you were riding your city doing sightseeing for us and pushing your Coffee brands. I bought a pack of your stickers, a couple years ago, one landed on my car rear window and one on the coffee tin. The others found their way into the garage. Megan, I live in Europe and had a look at your new range of bike kit. Love it..., but when I fill the shopping cart, the shipping cost is almost that of the cart value. So Meg, sorry☹️, but i'll be looking at an order direct from Sweden in the hope that this is better for my wallet. Your enthusiam for what you are doing, really comes thru big time. I hope this works well for you and your Brand grows to the point where you can live full-time from it. Stay safe, European greets Steve.

No worries, I understand! If you still would like to support me a bit, you can click my affiliate link with Lazyrolling before making your order: lazyrolling.com/?ref=n543ae2go4 International shipping is tough, but thank you for checking out my offerings regardless! I'm looking into expanding my shipping options for international customers.

I am surprised that, on your website, you don’t mention certification of the garments. Impact resistance is important, but what is the abrasion on these garments. It is not enough anymore to just say Kevlar. This is a European company and if they wish to sell in Europe they must be tested and rated. I noticed when you were trying on the jacket there was a pictogram of a motorcyclist. Can you please share what is written underneath?
@MeghanStark Жыл бұрын
Yes these riding hoodies are abrasion resistant and CE Approved with classification EN 17092-4:2020 Class A.

I'm a true Dainese fanboy, but I think what you're offering is great, affordable gear! Succes!
@MeghanStark3 жыл бұрын
I'm so happy to offer it at an affordable price point. Dainese makes truly gorgeous gear, especially leather goods.
@johnjacob6883 жыл бұрын
I like Dainese but I'm not a fan of their zippers. I had most of mine break shortly after the warranty expired, go figure. I ended up taking my jacket to a leather shop and had them install beefy YKK zippers.
@Derpderpson1233 жыл бұрын
@@johnjacob688 man tell me about it, I even have the smart jacket, which is the “smart airbag”, the damn thing deployed when I stepped of my BMW GS - which shouldn’t happen! I pinged back and forth ( they said I “crashed”) and ultimately the dealership got a new one for me, free of charge. I like their stuff, but man it can be pricey + don’t like the wrist cuffs of some of their models.

@@MeghanStark Sorry, I didn't get notification on this for some reason... I usually wear 30x32 pants. And the slim pants are unisex as well right? I was wondering the sizing for the hoodie. I wear a size 46 Dainese leather jacket. You said you wear XS, and Dan wears M. I'm 5'10", but with a slander frame. I'm guessing I'd be good with a size S?
@MeghanStark3 жыл бұрын
@@lesliezhou8307 yep both pants styles are unisex and I'm planning on releasing the pants video ASAP. Just need to finish the edit. I have size charts with dimensions on the hoodies, so I reccomend taking a look at those on the product page! They have the body length, chest circumference, and sleeve length

This is fantastic. I'm a lady with a big chest and what I call a Super Mario build (short and thick), so if I happen to find a jacket that zips up all the way, it's always too long in the arms or it comes halfway down my ass.
@MeghanStark3 жыл бұрын
These are great with the relaxed fit, definitely more room in the chest. I'd recommend double checking your dimensions with the size chart, which is on every product page! Best of luck. 💕

Very excited for this collection, they look like very well constructed. Do you plan to offer a big and tall in the future? I myself am of the larger variety and the XL being the biggest wont quite work for me. Great job on the reveal video though, cant wait to see future expansions to your success!
@MeghanStark3 жыл бұрын
