Hey besties! I still have to tinker with the PS5 settings. I initally upped the gamma because I thought it looked too dark. But now rewatching it, I'm realizing it should go back down. Also the brightness in game is a little high 🤣 I really panicked and thought y'all were going to say it was too dark LOL. I'm gonna play around with it! Did you know that they changed the original dialogue between Kratos & Helios? And it's kinda strange... I don't now why they did that... Helios : wait, wait! I can tell you that. You can play GOW on Xbox now. Kratos : you lie, Helios! Hephaestus told me the Xbox kills all who play with it. Helios : and you believe him? That F®eak has fallen from the Graces of Microsoft. Kratos : that is exactly why I believe him. Helios : my death will not lead Santa monica to glory. Kratos : that is where you are wrong. This is the "real" one. Not sure about the info tho...

This is a good tip. Then juggle them (hold triangle) to pop them up and when Kratos automatically jumps with the enemy you are free to use L1+□ or L1+○ to add several more hits. If other enemies are also in the area they also will sustain some damage.

Charging up the head of Helios will allow you to damage enemies (especially effective on harpies) and destroy breakable objects within its “blast zone”. I once took down two armoured Cyclopes just using the head. Hermes is sooooo annoying, it was pleasure to kill him. 49:50 I’ve found the best way to deal with the wraiths is to use the blades and rely on the grab function (R1 + ⭕️ ). Remain in block stance (R1) at all times then just grab them and then press square to do a whirlwind attack on them. The block stance will shield you from all of their attacks. You can also pull them out of the ground using this method when they are approaching you this way.

7:35 For some reason I always saw the name as "The City of Olympus." But no, it is Olympia, which is the capital of Washingon state, where I live. And I can think of a few department 'heads' that could use a "Spartan readjustment." 14:20 I get the theme of this game and all, but come on. It is NEVER a good idea to stab the thing that is holding you in the air. The flying and falling sections where you had to avoid the debris were the bane of my enjoyment. I always felt that they were too long and relied too much on a split second decision to go one way or another. But damn if you didn't look cool when you nailed them.

Yay congrats on the PS5 Meg! So jealous that I don't have one yet 😄 I think it is so deserved that Playstation decided that you should get an exclusive checkout, you bring joy and entertainment to a lot of people. So of course you should get the best equipment 🤩 I don't know if I'm just used to more saturated colours, but I think the colours look a bit dimmed. The overall graphics look amazing though, so if you are satisfied yourself, then it's good enough for me too 😊
