Ok first of all your editing is top notch but second of all there’s a chickpea peeling hack! I recommend googling (or tiktoking) it bc I may be misremembering but I believe you rinse the chickpeas, spread them out on a paper towel, and use a second sheet of (damp?) paper towel to sort of rub them vigorously all at once.
