Back in '03 when promotional material was first released for Clannad I heard this song. I had already been a huge Key/VA fan from One, Kanon, and Air and I spent several nights trying to hunt the original version of this song down. This was back when it wasn't super easy to find exactly what you were looking for. The feds had killed Napster and Kazaa was one big malware distribution service. But I did find it, and then Clannad was released as a visual novel. No real point to the story, just wanted to share it. Been a fan of Clannad since before it was even released.

Oh wow, that's a really neat story! Been a fan since 2011, which was some time later. Didn't even know this song had existed for that long. I was born in '02 so the visual novel and I are nearly the same age.

I watched clannad in my early days of Anime and it was an amazing introduction to non-main stream anime people be watching (like Naruto or DBZ) And I love how amazing the CLANNAD Fan-Base is. Great people.
