What are talking about jury instructions in terms of fairness? If the judge had any intention of being fair he would have thrown this case out already for several reasons. How can Trump prepare a defense when the alleged crime has not been clearly stated as required by the Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution? A fair judge would have thrown this case out based on the knowledge that there is nothing illegal about a NDA.

This could open a double jeopardy issue in the future. just like a bias appeals court that are highly trained and experienced lawyers ruled with their bias that a President does not have ANY immunity. Therefore, if there are two lawyers on the jury they could be bias against Trump. Just because a person is a lawyer or a judge doesn’t make them fair🤷‍♂️
