SBF was sentenced to 25 years. Watson to about 10. Does that mean Watson is benefitting from black privilege?

SBF was a much, much bigger crook than Watson. Watson misrepresented his company numbers to investors. SBF's crimes went into the billions - he grabbed peoples brokerage accounts and used the money in them for his own purposes- among many other crimes.

A fool and his money are soon parted by conmen. The more brazen the more money is lost. As a commercial lender the tell as you say to me was , if its too perfect its a con. Business activity and actual entrepreneurship does not exist on a linear scale. Nuts and bolts have to come together to make a solid business plan with real prospects for revenue. It’s not just a good looking paper trail. Banks are not into the speculation aspect of commercial lending thats for the shark tank guys.
