A terrible crime. People send their kids to college in places like Idaho or Iowa so that things like this DON'T happen, yet they sometimes do. It also proves that people should consider arming themselves, even in their own residence. I've done that for years.

Tearing down the crime scene, to hide the audible acoustics of the house, as stated by people that lived there..."You could hear everything in that house, the walls and floors were so thin". The delay in calling 911....8 hours? Within an hour 4 dead bodies and all that blood would be very pungent. Roommates involvement?? Then the fact the defense, stipulated by the prosecution, stated "there is no evidence of a connection between BK and the victims". The police presence in the area that night was all around that house. There are body cams to substantiate that fact. The connections of multiple family members to narcotics and Moscow itself with drug trafficking, suspicious deaths, and sorority and frat involvement with all of these things. The list goes on and on. I've followed this case from the beginning, and it's very suspicious BK would have been turned down by Law Enforcement judging by his expertise, the multiple times he was pulled over in the area for such minor infractions, I think LE was insulted by his application. He was the perfect patsy for a much bigger agenda. I think HE was being watched, more than the house. The History surrounding this area of the country is well known, and many people have been connecting the dots in this case. It's taking so long to go to trial because something fishy is going on. I cannot accept the actions of Dylan Mortensen until I hear her on the stand....these four people were brutally murdered ALL AROUND HER. I'm not buying the narrative.

@mojorising27Ай бұрын
One of the weirdest things for me was that they only found a partial footprint. Regardless of whether he was wearing foot coverings or not, he would have traipsed blood through that whole house and yet only one partial print was found. My guess is that their friends cleaned up to remove all evidence of narcotic use for self preservation and missed the partial print. If that’s true it will sadly help BK’s defence.

A 20th Request For Discovery by Kohberger's defense team should not go unnoticed in court. So where is it??? And the court replied on the 19th Request, "We're not sifting through 2,000 pages of data..." So, Anne Taylor's job is to prove a crumbling case, and I feel this case is falling apart and this young man was forced to waive his right to a speedy trial because of it. Let's think about it---20th Request For Discovery that has been made by Kohberger's Defense Team. From what I recall, it was reported early on that once they got to the storage unit there was nothing in there and there was no evidence of him ever having used the storage unit. In the court hearing. It was very clearly stated that there was no evidence found in Bryan Kohberger's car, apartment, storage or work areas. There were People In The House During The Crime, Coroner Mabutt said it occurred approximately 2:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and those people invited friends over and did not call the police until almost 10 hours later at 11:58 a.m. November 14 and a door was reportedly open, so those roommates who heard noises and saw someone in the home never got up to turn on the heat or go to the bathroom? The touch DNA on the reported snap of the sheath did not even show up on the initial test, it only showed up on subsequent testing, was miniscule and the DNA expert testified it was not an exact match and only touched upon some common markers and, most importantly, very likely came from an outside source. Miniscule particles like that can come from brushing up against someone in a public place such as a bank, grocery store or university. Of interesting note were the court hearings testimonies of Officer Payne and forensic expert Sy Ray, who stated what he had seen so far pointed to Kohberger's innocence. Loads upon loads of reasonable doubt so far in this case. A few of the victim's parents have a history of drug use, drug trafficking and jail time and may possibly know more than they are revealing. More reasonable doubt. I have a friend who moved away from a very large city to where I live and she took one look at the case and said, "Cam girls!" taking photos as twosomes, threesomes, holding hands and kissing in front of hotel beds, traveling everywhere. When one is posting such stuff on social media, and has thousands of followers, one might expect their kid will anticipate meeting some dirty, nefarious individuals. The photographed white car is not Kohberger's, because his 2015 Elantra does not have parallelogram shaped headlights and has a different front grill and side body ridgeline appearance. Different car. Sounds like some friend or family member or university worker saw some guy with bushy eyebrows driving a white car and called in a false tip because it is reported he lives in like a 6 to 8 mile radius. It will be interesting to see how the two roomies appear on the police camera footage, are they all disheveled with smeared make-up from the night before with hair product still in their hair, in their same clothes? Isn't it awfully strange how the hoodie guy seen with them just before the crime, is now in jail and he said while walking with the two girls, "we're gonna getcha for this, Maddie." Very interesting case and, from what I've heard so far, Brian Kohberger is innocent until proven guilty and it seems like cruel an unusual punishment to discuss a means of death on an innocent person before they are even found guilty. I feel this case could potentially impact Frazier vs. Cupp (1969). The Feds already openly stated they did not have any evidence to indict, so they have no obligation to back sloppy police work.

In the U.K. the government bans speculation of this kind before court proceedings have taken place because of the possibility of jeopardising a fair trial. Presumption of innocence is paramount in securing a safe conviction. If you've truly been following then I don't see how you're so sure he's innocent. Maybe you are following conspiracy theories.
@Anita_BackrubАй бұрын
If the actual murder weapon hasn’t been found how can you be certain that sheath belongs to it? I’m not saying he’s innocent what I am saying is until he is proven guilty he is to be presumed innocent. That’s how it works in America for Bryan Kohberger and anyone else accused of a crime. I pray none of you ever sit on a jury.
@ahavens2463Ай бұрын
@Anita_Backrub the best jurors is one who has an open mind going into it. These comments are flooded with those who believe in conspiracy theories instead of the facts as they have been presented thus far. There is a lot to go. I'm saying so far, it doesn't look good for BK. But my mind can be changed by facts, not conspiracy theories. That's the difference. And the facts tend to say it's much more than BK "being a jerk." Thus far anyway.

This might be the only thing I ever disagreed with Megyn on. I have felt since day 1 this was a drug/cartel it. I think Bryan is creepy and his behavior/lack of feelings could be autism/spectrum. But his DNA is nowhere! Except a tiny amount of touch DNA…. The victims’ DNA…nowhere on Bryan, his apartment, car, etc. Please look into this further, Megyn. There needs to be true justice. 3 of the 4 victims had parents with drug convictions/prison time. In addition, numerous interrelated deaths around the same time.

Everybody wants justice but unfortunately, I don't think justice will be served here because BK did not commit these crimes. Here's what I believe happened... first a little history, Idaho is a 3 strikes and you're out state meaning if you get three felonies no matter what you're going to jail for life. Xana's Mom already had two felonies for selling drugs and she was caught a third time just shortly before the murders took place... maddie Mogans dad was also arrested one time and charged with a felony he got caught a second time shortly before the murders which would have been his 2nd felony.... You can go look back at the records in Idaho police but for no rhyme or reason Xana's mom and Maddie's dad Both had their felony charges dropped to misdemeanor, avoiding that third strike for Xana mom and 2nd strike for Maddie's dad. About two weeks after their felony charges were dropped to misdemeanors washington state made the largest cartel drug bust in the state's history and around the same time or a day or two later those four Idaho students were murdered. Yes, it was the cartel and unfortunately Ethan and Kaylee were at the wrong place wrong time they were not the targets that's why they had no interest in killing the roommate downstairs and the cartel walked right past her if Kohlberger was a murderer why wouldn't he just kill the woman downstairs who saw him the fact is they don't really have any **** evidence on BK. Yes cell phone towers pinged his car going by there a lot cause guess what, he never quite beat his heroin addiction and that was a house known for selling drugs so Kohlberger had been there before to buy drugs. BK is an easy target because of all the circumstantial evidence you can easily see why they might point to him but I believe the cops and the FBI know it's the cartel and so they're not going to do a damn thing about it and that's really sad.
