This is not about “black face” in its traditional sense. Megyn did and said NOTHING wrong... if here is no racist intent in a persons words or actions, then it simply isn’t racist. To make the depiction of a costume more accurate and believable by lightening or reddening or darkening one’s skin simply makes for a better costume. Megan Kelly has said racist things in the past that may have just been the straw that broke the camels back but the fact that she is a reporter and doesn’t know history means she should’ve been fired a long time ago. I've noticed that THE VIEW has not yet spoken about this incident or at least, no video from that show has been uploaded to KZbin, and I think the reason for that may have something to do with the fact that Whoopi Goldberg DEFENDED Ted Danson's use of 'BLACK FACE' back in the day (late 80s or early 90s) when she was rumoured to have been dating him. This is one more example of the DOUBLE STANDARD and SELECTIVE OUTRAGE continuously displayed on that show.
