This Mehendi Wedding Magazine is very nice magazine about weddings. It covers most aspects of the wedding and has very useful information and ads. It costs Rs 100 around $2.
Mehndi or Henna is used by women to cover their hands and feet with designs for weddings tradition.

This was incredibly interesting! It's nice seeing some colour in a wedding. Black and white gets boring quite quickly. That embroidered vest/jacket for the groom was absolutely gorgeous and I want one. That being said, I'd also like to be able to eat for the next month too, so maybe I won't be getting one anytime soon.

Cake isn't normally served at weddings in India, our just cake like that one? It's a big deal at American weddings. The couple cuts the first piece together and usually ends up smushing it in each other's face

Also, as others have mentioned, in the US, cake is a big deal at weddings and people can get very creative with them. My sister's wedding cake 12 years ago was shaped in the form of criss-crossing mattresses and the cake topper with the bride and groom had the groom swinging the bride around by her hands. Funny and very well done cake. If you want to see examples look up Mike"s Amazing Cakes in Seattle. (I have no affiliation with them.)

English has far better reach than Hindi, which is more popular in north India only. Most of my viewers are from outside India. You can search KZbin there are plenty of Hindi KZbinrs you might like 😊

I have another question! On the page where it shows the man wearing the red and gold dress, it says something about 1000 sq ft. To me, that means 1000 square feet. In that context (of advertising the dress), what would that mean? The only thing I could think of was that maybe the store selling them is 1000 square feet, which means it's a big store with a lot of clothing.
