I would include bells in marching percussion. At my school, I'm in percussion and I played bells last year for marching band. Bells are awesome!

At my high school, we never performed anything until we got it clean. That motivated the performers to practice harder. We did choreography too in parades and in pep rallies, but we always made sure it was clean. So yes, even high schools can play clean if they try.

this small, haha its been 10 years since my band has marched 2 tenors. We have 3 snares, a tenor, 3 basses and no Cymbeline or bells
