Mei-lan, words cannot express how you've helped me. I'm so very grateful. I just finished my 6th ketamine infusion today. I've listened to you during every treatment. You played an immense role in my therapy. With the kaleidoscope morphing visuals on the big TV. And you in my earbuds ... perfectly guiding my sessions. It's been like getting to visit heaven. Such spiritual experiences. If you're ever in concert ... I will make the trek to see you. You've been part of releasing 31 years of TDR (treatment resistant depression), military PTSD, MST (military sexual trauma) that I'd repressed for 29 years. It's no wonder I never improved. 3 trips to the psych ward. Last visit was 2 weeks after my mom died. I snapped. It wasn't "me". Just an ANGRY grieving daughter. I wanted to feel ANY pain beside the one in my soul. I'm a Marine Corps veteran. I wasn't destroyed by an enemy in Iraq. My own men abused me mentally & physically (I was NOT in bootcamp anymore). The 3 marines attacked me while I was naked in the shower. They tortured me with tools. But I repressed that for 29 years. The death threat came next. It was whispered in my ear that I was to expect friendly fire. That they'd kill me in Iraq. That was it. They succeeded in breaking me. So I have so much to heal from. I cannot thank you enough for being instrumental in my recovery. Much love & gratitude. 💖

I just found out two days ago the toxic father who raised me died in a car meets train accident. I just did this meditation in a Himalayan salt room and I could feel all this energy blasting out of my crown chakra. Thank you for this gift.
