This is the fact for any kind of power, be it physical, or authority or otherwise. People are more scared of pitbulls than chihuahua even if the pitbull is a sweetheart while the chihuahua is a menace, this is because pitbulls are far more capable at inflicting harm than chihuahuas. Same goes for a drill sergeant being far more scary than a fellow private in the army, because a sergeant holds authority/power over others it doesn’t have to be a fight. In this instance, HoFi Kiana is far more of a threat than HoV Kiana, if Finality Kiana decides someone needs to die there’s little the others can do to stop her. Meanwhile HoV Kiana wouldn’t really be able to do much against the current roster.
