Meike vertical grip for the Sony A9 and A7riii

Dear TheDigitalDigest, Today I received this product, I have sony A7M3, but I guess something wrong. I put A7M3 body into this grip(with battery) together tightly, so battery function of this grip is working well, but all buttons of the grip are not working. never! on/off button, af-on button, c1, c2 button etc,, everthing. How can I solve this issue? I really want to use this product, but I don't know what should I do at present.

The joystick in the link is different than the one you show and the original one in the camera body !

It works perfectly on the A7 III. I have it, its awesome

Elam Raul Colon do the batteries die if you don’t change the on-switch off?
