Good stuff. Been there many times. Best to come early before 10am to get the good parts. Some regulars would call in advance to book their favorite cuts.

I have been to this shop many times many years ago until my sifu/boss underwent bypass then we stopped eating😅 Now watching this vlog I am starting to crave again. Some regulars would call in advance to book their favorite cuts coz by 11am theres not much left.

I don't mean to be rude. The caption is so wrong. It is the opposite of what the author wanted it to meant. I know the author wanted to say that the 78 years old lady only takes a day off annually from her cooking of this food. If u read the caption properly, it basically mean the 78 years old only took 1 day off from work annually to cook this food. Do u see the difference?

So grandma directly boil all the marinated pork & it’s part? Cause my grandma recipe we should boil/blanch the pork/part first then rinse it to remove the awful smell
