Join Trinny and Mel as they openly revisit Mel’s experiences in a decade-long abusive relationship - from the initial signs of abuse to her journey towards finding the courage to leave. Since 2018, Mel has been a patron for Women’s Aid, dedicating herself to helping other women trapped in similar domestic environments. Together, Mel and Trinny delve into Mel's work, discussing her efforts in aiding other women and survivors.
