Anti depressant tablets se skin healing ka koi lena dena nahi hai, keep using good moistrizer like parasoft cream, soap free cleanser like episoft and sunscreen agar dhoop Mei jaye toh. Tacrolimus lagate rahe , sath mein IPl mahine mein ek bar kare sal bhar tak. Theek ho jayegi skin kafi had tan.

मैने melacare सिर्फ एक क्रीम use की सिर्फ काले स्पॉट पर लगाता था कम मात्रा मै starting मै 2 week मै 100% face clean हो गया था कोई स्पॉट नही बचा face गोरा भी हो गया है ये melacare cream लगाना बंद कर दिया तो मेरे सिर्फ Nose पर थोडे थोडे काफी छोटे स्पॉट दिखने लगे पर जादा नही बढे तो मै संतुष्ट हू इस cream से पर इसका कम use करणे पर ही ये cream possitive result देती है अब मै 3 दिन मै एक बार रात को लगाता हू Doctor ने एक cream दी थी 4 month पेहले और अभी वही cream और 2 month तक चलेगी बस जादा use मत करो इस cream का कम से कम use करो वो भी काले स्पॉट पर लगाना पुरे face पर मत लगाना
