Mashaullah is a very lovely machine and has taken very special care of the production as well as Safa Yi but the Opperetor must use the mask.

This machine speed is very fast. But they cannot use it properly. I'm working in south korea 🇰🇷 with this same machine and here we makes plates and other products very fast. Every minute we can make at least 4 plates.

1 & 3/4 minutes to make 4 plates, that’s just the pressing time and not allowing to set up from scratch. It’s not very cost affective is it? I should imagine the cost of one of these machines are expensive and you would have to have several of these to make lots of plates in a day. Still, nice to see something is getting made 👍👍👍

Just doing some rough calculations: 4 plates in 10 mins 24 plates in 1hour Assuming minimum wage approx £8 per hour plus machine running cost and overheads £2 per hour, total £10 per hour... 1 plate cost £0.41 to produce. And that's without factoring in the post operative work needed to trim the flash, stack and package them for distribution. How could this possibly be an economical way to manufacture with this machine? Maybe I've overlooked or missed something?

Nice-looking machine but, as others have said, the rate of production is very very slow. One could evaluate the idea of stacking 10, 20, or more sets of die assemblies in the press.
