i’m so glad y’all are liking her stuff. Just about all of her songs are child like metaphors for something more complex/serious. Some of my favorites by her are Play Date, Mad Hatter, Carousel, and Highschool Sweethearts. Can’t wait to see y’all dive deeper into her music!!

This song and video is a metaphor for female artists in the music industry. Most of the time they are expected to just shut up and perform and when they speak up they are reprimanded and considered "difficult." I think this was a great way to incorporate this message in her album.

For Melanie it's best to react to her first album crybaby in order(so the songs/music videos)because she plays a character and to understand the story its more understandable so the first video would be crybaby then dollhouse etc.After that continuing the story is her K-12 album which is also a movie free on yt.

This song is part of the movie he made for his 2nd album called K-12. When they lock her in that glass cage, and focus the speakers, and then she starts dancing like the others, it's because the music is like "magic" and forces them to dance against their will. And when her eyes turn black it's because she possesses the director to free her, she has supernatural powers. Please react to mrs. potato head other song of her 🙃😉

Love Melanie,her voice and style and talent Mrs Potato Head is good,she has a great way of getting her point across.Another female singer you must hear is a Russian girl named Diana Ankudinova.Probably the most unique voice you’ll ever hear.Start with her cover of Wicked Game at age 15.She is now 19 and is becoming world known.I’ve never heard anything like her and she’s been dubbed the Queen of goosebumps for good reason.Thanks
