I remember when this was released like it was yesterday, It was 2005, Crazy to think it was 18 years ago. I was in a dark place, and being prescribed anti-depressants to treat anxiety. Something I don't talk about, ever.. And thankfully something that hasn't ever surfaced (or to that extent anyway) This song came along and saved me, the lyrics, the music, it was a movement for me at the time and it will forever remain my saviour.. Isn't it just incredible the power of music

This song saved my life. No joke! I was in a very bad dark place in my life and this song came on one day when I was about to give up and it hit me so hard. Reminding me that I couldn’t give up, that I needed to keep going. Wish I could thank Melanie in person for releasing such a wonderful and powerful song. But I guys on here will have to work. This song bring back so much memorys. In Germany this song was the intro to "Julia - Wege zum Glück" and my grandpa watched every single episode. So, during summer holiday, everyday, while he was watching the series on TV I was playing with my toys next to him. I must have been 8 years old. Now I'm 26, my grandpa died 13 years ago.
