I'm also in college & this is so true! If you're super extraverted and like a fast paced life, it's fun. Otherwise, it's so exhausting and draining to go out after a week of classes and assignments.

@@lockednkeey1985 college definitely isn’t a scam if you pick the right major, and even then a degree looks better on a resume. My manager went straight from barista to store manager just for having a degree that doesn’t even apply to her job title. I totally agree that if you don’t need the degree for your desired career field then you shouldn’t bother with the student debt, but also even if it doesn’t you can for sure get ahead of the curve by just having that degree.

Ngl I laughed wayy too hard during this vid! As a 31yr old, I still understand the struggles of not having many if at all any friends. People are so fake these days and if you don't agree with them 100%, then you aren't good enough. Just know you have a massive community of 'friends' here no matter what you're going through💜 You talking about the bag of puzzle pieces being your brain was SOO spot on to how I feel like most of the time lol. I know you aren't that big on chatting but I highly recommend creating a discord server (down to help you set it up if need be) and that way you never truly feel alone, and all of your subs can interact with 1 another. I can get very introverted these days despite also constantly feeling this need to engage with others and I know how hard it can be to get over that anxiety/fear but, maybe together we can change that! ^-^

i went through a party phase in high school and it’s not worth it, as someone who currently lives the homebody life now at 21 and also didn’t experience the college life i have no regrets. if anything i regret my high school party phase because i used it to cover up a lot of pain and trauma. a lot of people i know who partied in high school and later in college end up saying the same thing to me about them using it to avoid whatever it is they are currently dealing with or repressing
