You legit motivated me to restart my fitness journey after like 2 whole years of inactivity. I used to be a pro-swimmer back in middle school and like even after I stopped swimming, I was like super fit in high school. Then the slump hit me when I started uni and has been so for 2 years now. But a couple of weeks back I happened upon one of your videos (uk the 5 days of working out one) and it motivated me push my lazy ass through restarting all of that. I'm still very weak for HIIT trainings I used to love back in the days but muscle training has helped me a lot these days.
