Answer- people with active acne or acne prone skin and people with sensitive skin can not use vitamin c as it can cause irritation on their skin. Ma'am can you please review the kojic acid serum by dr. Seth - it has 2% kojic acid, 4% niacinamide and 1 % alpha arbutin. Can i use it in morning skin care for hyperpigmentation. Q1 Victim c serum can't be use by someone who have extremely sensitive skin or victim c doesn't suit your skin type or acne pron it can be pregnant women can use victim c and should not use with aha,bha,retion and it can also depend on what are your skin concerns are it can't alone help your dark spot.

Answer: Melasure gel can be used by anyone and everyone..it suits all..only be cautious to not apply it under the eyes and in nose folds which are sensitive to drying ingredients in the cream.also in winter u can use Melasure and then spray a mist/ rose water and in the end a good moisturizer to avoid drying and irritation. 2. Vit c can be used by people whome it suits..the idea is 15 to 20 percent vit c serum but u can start with 10 to 12 percent if u have a sensitive skin.
