Despite the title of video, only 53 seconds in the video were spent talking specifically about Melbourne Housing Market. Perhaps a better title for the video would be "Australian Housing Marking Update".

Only points worth noting start at @7:45 Irrespective of what happens in the economy always look for properties with land value that are close to amenities and transport. Schools and close to the water are X factors.

Everyone’s waiting for the rates to come down. Just a mild slowdown before things kick up again. People are rational and want to lock in lower rates.
