A 1500w ebike kit with a 52v uppbattery will probably be right, just gotta find a mountain bike that’ll fit the battery, but if your just trying to get around I’d search for something like that, and second hand can be good just have to find a good bike

Electric bikes are actually considered motorbikes because their main power source is an electric motor and not the pedals so they need to be registered as motorbikes and have indicators, a place ect... and the rider must be licensed. That's why the police are chasing these kids because they're breaking the law and uploading it to youtube with their faces and names so the police will catch up with them and they will receive court dates.
