Super helpful info! If you do maintenance and notice immediately after that your machine keeps powering itself off.... check the needle plate. If it’s not attached correctly, machine will continue to power down when you start to sew. Adjusted the needle plate and realized it’s super easy to miss it being fully hooked on, fixed the issue. :)

How often should you replace the npt ? Or just the blade?

Mine is new and it's a disaster. Already giving me so many issues with not cutting thread. I've ran probably like 15 hays through the one machine. Unfortunately I bought 3 of these.

I was doing this and know my machine is stuck. The emergency stop Button doesn’t want to disengage

did all of that, and its still not cutting the thread. We got a new blade in, changed it and still does the same.
