If you have sensitive skin, I recommend looking into using Korean makeup as your base then going in with either rare beauty for blush or high lighter. It’s been helping my skin so much. i have the laneige lip balm in the berry/pink color and its sooooo good it hydrates my lips so much and the applicater is so smooth so i think if you want a new lip balm you should definetly get it and where i live its only 18 $ so i think its definetly worth it!!

My best friend has all the Summer Fridays lip balms, as well as the Tatcha lip mask and the Laneige ones…..she stopped using them a few months ago because her lips were drying out so much bad really badly to, and she went to a dermatologist to see what the issue was. Basically speaking, all of those lip products have ingredients in them that are meant to dry out the lips if used daily, and two of the only products that the dermatologist recommended she use were just based and simple…..Vaseline, and Aquahor. Both Vaseline and Aquahor are simple products that are also very affordable and so much better for the lips.

Vaseline and aquaphor are trash lmao. They dried out my lips so bad, gave me dry patches. Also they are occlusives, they’re not meant for moisturizing ur lips but to lock in moisture from another product underneath it

You’re saying that both are trash, well maybe they just didn’t work for you…..but that doesn’t meant that they’re 100% bad products. Plus if that was the case, don’t you think dermatologists and doctors wouldn’t be recommending either one of them for anything and would only recommend what’s in Sephora, or any makeup specific stores? There’s a reason why most people turn to easier and more affordable products for their hands, face, and lips….I never said that Vaseline and Aquaphor were only meant for the lips, however they could be better for the body than most products at Sephora.
