I thought it was beautiful. It really brought out the beautiful timber/tone in her voice. I agree with another comment that the only thing missing was a slower, more drawn out pace that would have emphasized that even MORE, along with a sultry 'tude. I don't know if she had a choice in that or not. As it was, her positive, sweet attitude overrode any "personality" Simon thought was missing.

Simon was right in his comment, except that vocally she so above all I have ever seen in the show....But, this song...whenever it comes down to spanish like flavor songs if you dont catch latin passion then the whole experience is lost, that's why Simon felt it watery..
