Great video. For hand bag lovers, not boring at all. Besides Hermes Constance and Evelyne, what other crossbody bag from Hermes would you recommend? I wear crossbody bag all the time and most of my bags are crossbody bags. I only have Hermes Evelyne. Thanks.

Just watched this vid, new sub🙋‍♀️, wanted to remark that ur your transparency, honesty, & authenticity is much appreciated- I love that U talk abt these bags as if they were all LV bags or coach bags or even reusable shopping bags🛍 haha 😛 Bc you like them and are a fan of them and they interest you and bring you joy etc… You can talk about all of them in detail- when you got each, why you got them, what your opinion of using them is… as well as what you think of new releases and vintage styles you were a fan of, etc. NOT simply bc they’re luxury goods, expensive, or can be hard to get- but bc you genuinely like purses/bags and enjoy following their fashion, which you would prob still enjoy if you never bought so many of them or had to lose most of your collection tom. And that’s why you’re relatable when many others in this space aren’t. That’s why when you talk abt the subject you don’t come across as haughty or stuck up or pompous & snobby- bc *YOU* and who *YOU* are is not defined or determined by the purse you carry… just as it’s unable to be determined by the purse you’re *NOT* carrying. Everyone would be wise to learn that; however, it’s a bit sad that this is a gift of perspective that’s often only understood by those that are affluent enough to find it out & reach that realization… it’s unfortunate really…so many ppl put too much weight or value & also self-importance, on superficial, inanimate objects & what others think; when instead they should pay attn to what & WHO really makes them happy, & can. Bc money can’t buy love, true friendship, your dreams, or another day w/ your loved one… I just like that U talk abt bags like they’re bags, and not EVERYTHING in life. Thanks for the distraction & bag shaped eye candy!

Thanks for saying Coach has upped their game! That was my first intro luxury job. The leather was always phenomenal even when the styles weren't the number one. The last few years under the new creative director has really shown what they can do. I have friends who have worked at other top lux brands that used to stop in and buy bags and talk about the quality and those friends worked at brands in the top 5.

Loved this video Mel. You truly brighten my days. Especially during this time. I am missing my daughter ( and son in law) terribly at the moment as they were in the US on their belated honeymoon/ her 30th Birthday ( my first time not being with my darling daughter for her birthday) when everything started shutting down. They luckily got on the last flight out of the US by Virgin Australia but of course have been in isolation, in a rented holiday house as they live with us but couldn't come home. LUXURY BAGS/CERTAIN BRANDS bags ARE investments FOR ME. but like you said only because i buy CERTAIN bags for investments. i 100% do, i did this 2016-2018 and that was my other source of income. i got so good at flipping that i started working part time at my job. but then in 2019 i graduated and went into my grad program, my head was spinning lol, and i stopped really getting into the buy and sell. but the key is, like you said, to buy the bag with the original intent to resell. and yes you are so right about vintage, those are my go to bags. i REALLY WANT the vanity pm sooooo bag but yes it is crazy price
