It’s so crazy to see this on my feed when I’m just getting into this show right now, I mean I’ve seen it from time to time, but I’m actually watching it from the very beginning and it’s such a great wholesome show. I don’t try to wish myself back in time anymore but I’d love to have grown up during the run of the show and shows like it, Brady Bunch, The Waltons, and even Dr. Quinn or Judging Amy, tv from 70s-early 2000s were the last of an era

Good for you! 'Little House' is the first TV series I clearly remember from my childhood, I think it aired in Sweden from around 1977/78 onwards so i was six or seven years old. Loved it then and even now as a fifty-something woman I feel a need to watch it once in a while, it's a comforting show, full of emotions and the kind of great acting with meaningful dialogue that no longer exists on television.

I loved seeing and going in the Little House schoolhouse/church, as a kid, at Universal Studios! The funny thing is all of us tourists crammed in there and it was just a front with a little closet size room to make it look like they were going in the schoolhouse/church, when the scenes in the building took place on a separate set. Just kinda funny.

I'm the same age and grew up watching LHOTP. I agree about the aging thing. I will keep myself healthy and fit but refuse to cover my grey, get botox, or have plastic surgery. It took a lifetime to get where I am. I wouldn't go back to a younger age for anything.

I wish we still have classics on the air like Little House 🏠 on The Prarie or The Waltons Or The Brady Bunch. Because it's Family Based. You see the family struggle in bad times. And triumphs in good times. Little House was all that and more. There wasn't a moment where. I laughed when they did. Or was scared when they were in dangerous situations. Or cried with them when they cried. Little House taught me. That family and home is the nicest place there is. 💛 Being their for your family and friends when they need you. And sit with them at breakfast and lunch and dinner at the same table and talk about Church or school or daily life. Little House 🏠 will always be my Favorite show. Laura was my favorite out of the daughters characters. She was little yes but she never let that get to her. Even when it came to finding her true love Almonzo. This show has action adventures happy times sad times wrapped in one place. Check it out

Reading her Prarie Tale book... Rob Lowe cheated on her for 6 years with many dozens of women. He treated her so badly, and I don't get why she accepted his proposal, and then got pregnant on purpose. This was no accident. Melissa slept around as well trying to get revenge on Rob. Why does she follow Rob on Instagram to this day (2024), when he's been married like 34 years. She never got over him. Don't follow him Melissa!
