Magic exists in different forms all over Runeterra. Most magic can only be used by people who are born with certain magical abilities. The point of Hextech was to manufacture magic in the form of technology. It pretty much only exists in Piltover and chances are other magic you see usually isn’t Hextech.

Regarding the call of power and ryze. Mages can naturally access the arcane others may augment themselves with magic runic tattoos like ryze did which acts as a conduit to increase the amount of magic he can unleash. Hextech is very different. It’s a mixture of mechanical parts and arcane language which basically causes magic to react according to those designs and structures. Ryze lived during the Rune Wars, and so did heimerdinger. It’s actually the world runes Heimerdinger is afraid of but he’s not privy to that knowledge so he simply assumes it’s just magic. The world runes are effectively Demi god level power, each world rune also has a “one ring” effect where being around them makes you want to obtain it. It fills your mind with hopeful ideas such as resurrecting loved ones etc. the problem is that when people try to wield it they think they have a water gun when it’s actually a Bazooka. It can unintentionally cause massive destruction just like what happened to ryze. Ryze is collecting these world runes to prevent others from mis using their power. And due to the one ring effect mentioned earlier that’s why they made such a point to talk about “control” and the strength to “let it go.” It tempts everyone. Lastly the trees in that area are in Demacia. These trees are petricite trees which means they have strong anti magic properties. He utilizes this to dampen the powers of the runes to keep them hidden

There is a cinematic called "The Path, an Ionian Myth" which is a (kind of) prequel to Kin of the Stained Blade. Yes, Kennen and Poppy are Yordles too. You already saw Akali in the Tales of Runererra Ionia Episode. When you say you saw Sejuani already, you're probably thinking of the woman in the Tales of Runeterra Freljord Episode, they are different people. The Call is an original song, not an orchestrial version of another song. Viego, also called the Ruined King, is connected to the Shadow Isles, so you're right on that. The symbol at the end of the Ruination cinematic belongs to the Sentinels of Light. Jayce wasn't in the Ruination cinematic. In the Call of Power cinematic that isn't Hextech, they are world runes. Quick explanation of Kin of the Stained Blade: Yone and Yasuo are half brothers, Yone always tried to teach Yasuo patience, but Yasuo didn't took his lessons to heart. So in Yone's eyes he failed to teach him. When Noxus attacked Ionia, Yone went to fight against the invaders while Yasuo was supposed to protect Elder Souma. Yasuo, being impatient, went out to fight anyway. While Yasuo was away Souma was killed and Yasuo was blamed. Yone went after Yasuo to confront him. At the end Yasuo and Ahri go to Bilgewater. To be continued in the Ruined King game. I recomment you to watch some of the Legends of Runeterra Expansion trailers. And once again, League of Legends doesn't tell a story, the spin-off games do though. There are also short stories, comics and novels if you are interested in reading those. By the way, Warwick might be a character we already know from Arcane. I won't say who, but it's easy to find out if you know what to look for.

In the "call of power" cinematic they are not refering to hextech, hextech is the combination of magic and technology, in that scene Ryze is collecting earth runes, the stronger artifacts in runeterra, these runes created the world and they are strong enough to destroy it. Is pure magic at his stronger levels, and it is what Heimerdinger is afraid of in Arcane.

Heads up. The game is basically a 5v5 battle arena with an overhead view. Because of this they don’t get to really do much story in game and instead release videos and stories online to tell the stories about the world of runeterra

kin of the stain blade has a first video to how his brother became like that..and after that is that is the RPG game Ruined King if you wanna see its continuation... then Ruination happen...it also has a series of cinematics... while the call is the current events this 2022,,, and we gonna see what would happen after that... :D call of power is him Ryze... collecting runes.. those are really powerful stone.. it is like what heimerdinger is afraid of..

35:25 Theory says this is the guy who saved Jayce and his mother, he wasn't infused with magic back in the day and he wanders around the world in his quest to hide/protect the runes, or something like that (it's been a while since I read his lore), so it makes sense him showing up in the middle of nowhere to help Jayce

To be fair, with the amount of lore changes for Arcane... I wouldn't be surprised if that was ryze... Ryze after all lived just as long as heimerdinger in the original lore... Both experienced the rune wars...

In the game, when it comes to Zaun, there is a heavy influence with a thing known as Chemtech(the glowing green machine attachments on people). There are HUGE similarities to Chemtech and Shimmer, though Chem often requires mechanical adjustment/surgery and is game cannon and the other Arcane cannon.

Shimmer`s also a thing in Canon Lore but it`s only really mentioned by name in the early years of the Game ,in Urgot`s lore as well as in Jinx`s concept art which is subtitled "Stages of Shimmer transformation".(So yes, part of Jinx`s craziness as well as her pale skin and pinkish-violet eyes being a result of Shimmer is canon.)

To answer your question since I don't see any answers, no league of legends does not play like any of the cinematics. They're exaggerated but still have "similar" champ designs, abilities, etc. It's a sort of tower defense game where 2 teams of 5 fight to blow up each other's nexus.

Basically everything u saw are different regions with different characters and different stories (sometimes connected .. sometimes not) but same universe and different timelines. Thats why all the LoL fans "hope" Arcane will eventually "visit" every region (not only Piltover/Zaun). And ofc that would mean tons of seasons heheh :)

Those "infinity stones" are runes. Artifacts that have enough power to create world. But also to destroy it. It's a source of all magic on Runeterra and the reason why it calls so. Thousands years ago people tries to use them as a weapon, but they was toooo powerful to control their force.

Good Shit! To expand upon as well. The Rune stones were the cause of the Rune War(Huge war with tons of calamity, basically what you saw with the city burning in the vision. Basically why Demancia is Anti-Magic as well). Ryze(the blue mage you saw in the video) was around back then and if I remember correctly(might be wrong) lost his master in the war. He vowed to never let the world make the same mistakes again and went out searching for the stones to seal them away and protect everyone from a power they can't control. If you noticed at the end, there was only one pedestal/alter the didn't light up... He is still searching.

13:23 yea that’s the end of those bears but that bear was not a character, those are the ursine the followers of the Volibear and Volibear is a character. At 11:23 you can see that bear (ursine) deflect that axe with his claws that was one of Volibear’s followers that can summon the powers of the Volibear. You can also see volibear in the sky at 11:25.

I would HEAVILY recommend watching the opening ceremonies for 2018 and 2019 live. The 2019 live's holographics can be seen by the crowd, btw. For 2018 they needed to view it through phones in their hands.

With all the attention League gets from Arcane, it's easy for newcomers to dismiss some of the more monstrous characters from the game in favor of more human ones, which is understandable since that's totally Riot's intention. I'm just saying that it's amazing to know that League has injected so much personality and story to all of their characters (even the monster ones) that it's kinda sad that not much of it carries through in the cinematics.

You can't play any of the League story in the game. You just choose a character and you're thrown onto the map with other players to fight the team of other players in order to destroy their big crystal. The story is happening elsewhere. Cinematics, trailers, comics, Arcane or other video games, speaking of which you may want to play The Ruined King. It's fun, looks great and it tells the story that you have already some knowledge of, like Yasuo and Ahri coming to Bilgewater.

The game don’t have a story in it. It is more like a game of fotball. Two teams fighting to destroy the other teams base. You can chose to play as one of the 150+ champions (the ones in the cinematic). Almost every champions have at least one short story, some have many. There are other games that fockus more on the story of some champions, like The ruined king game. There are som event in the game time to time like the spirit blosom event.
